Open Educational Resources are as name indicates are open to all with some conditions imposed upon end user.
I understood about 5 R Activities in context of OER- Retain, Reuse, Revise, Remix, Redistribute. We were taught about creative commons followed by some examples of National and International initiatives.

We also understood about Life skills. There are 10 core Life Skills provided by WHO. Then FLIPS was discussed in class. The 21 century life skills (FLIPS) are:
